DESCRIPTION:Un ano mais  celebrouse o “Aberto de billarda Moncho Valcarce” en Pontoxo (As Encrobas). Nesta XI edición xuntáronse 50 planeadoras e planeadores nunha xornada de confraternidade e reivindicación. Membros da Asociación Encrobas Viva estiveron presentes no acto de homenaxe a Moncho e ás mulleres e homes das Encrobas que loitaron e loitan hoxe en día pola súa terra e polos seus dereitos.
